- The VACTE Professional Leadership Seminar will be held on January 15-16, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Richmond. Check out the website for further information www.vacte.net. We really need your support to advocate for CTE funding in Virginia!

The 2009 The Virginia Transition Forum will be held March 16th-18th in Norfolk. Check out the link for further information and registration.This is a great opportunity to network learn from experts in the field of transition!

- Scholarship applications are due April 1, 2009! We awarded 3 scholarships in 2008 and hope to award 3 this year also! Please encourage your students to apply.
- Our next open board meeting will be on March 17th at the Transition Forum in Norfolk. Please join us and consider running for an office!
